This is easily accomplished in Keychain Access by creating a new keychain and associating it with your account.  The new keychain can be given a different password and its automatic locking settings can be changed separately from your other keychains.  I use this feature to separate my general passwords from "online shopping" site passwords that may have access to credit card data or the like.</description>
