		<description>I think this is the most cogent and coherent analysis of Apple&#039;s current business model I&#039;ve seen yet. It comes well-timed on a day when Apple is in the spotlight due to new products, the best financial quarter in its history, and a skyrocketing stock price.

As the son of a non-tech-savvy Apple stock owner, I can show my dad this diagram and have him instantly understand why his investment is a good one, even when some analysts say the stock is overvalued. Apple is in this for the long haul with a strategy that is paying off.</description>
