The New Powerbook Motion Sensor in Detail

Written on March 04, 2005 by Nick Santilli and No one has commented

Amit Singh has done it again with a fantastic look at the Motion Sensing technology in the new Powerbooks.

It’s pretty in-depth, so if you’ve got some time and wanna know all the geeky details, definitely check it out.

Amit also explains how to change the sensitivity of the motion sensor, in case the bass from your music or a slight bump of your machine are causing your hard drive to spin down at inopportune times.

It’s been Slashdotted, (so beware of slow loads) but seems to be loading ok right now…
