		<description>i downloaded a trial version and it is quite "buggy". i would love to use this and tried to find a way to call sutomer support, however, there is no phone number listed on their site and I had to send a blind email. who know when I will hear back. if i am going to use this software to plot important things, then I want to know it works, and if it doesn't, I want to be able to talk with someone at the company about it.</description>

Regarding your final comment - yes, we agree there are times when just the pen and paper does the trick quite well such as when you're brainstorming on the busride home, if you don't have a laptop etc... but NovaMind certainly excels when you have something you want to make more permanent, edit at a later date and makes it attractive enough to use professionally and can be printed out as a poster. Just some ideas.</description>
