iTunes 4.8 Released

Apple today updated their popular music jukebox software – iTunes – to version 4.8. This new version has introduced several new features:

> Video Support – iTunes now plays QuickTime movies (a few screenshots at Apple Insider)

> iPod Contact/Calendar Sync – You can now easily synchronise your contacts and calendar appointments from within iTunes

> New Music Stores – The new version supports several new worldwide music stores due to open within the next couple of weeks

It is available to download from Apple right now.
