Today Only! Get Opera for Free!

The Opera browser is celebrating its 10 year anniversary today, and in celebration, is giving out free licenses for its advanced browser for free! Opera was the browser that got me away from IE when I was still on PC. The tabbed interface was so useful that I eventually migrated to Firebird, and then Firefox. You can get the license key here, were there is also a link to the downloads page. Happy anniversary Opera!

UPDATE: As of 5PM MST on 8-31, free licenses are (supposedly) still available

Does this free offer include the Mac OS X version of Opera??

(The download.com link lists only the Windoze version.)

I tried Opera and I am never ever going back to firefox. Not for the light internet browser…but seeing as how I browse the internet and use it for hours through my browser this is superior…
