Taking a second for an off-topic post to plug what a few of us finished very late last night to help out Katrina victims, their friends, and families: http://hurricane.earthlink.net/

This very simple website enables disaster survivors to inform the world of their whereabouts and their friends and relatives to find them in our database. We’re also actively seeking and linking to other sites undertaking a similar effort to maximize chances for people to find one-another.
