The iTunes Music Store is accepting donations for Katrina relief.

Written on September 02, 2005 by Rich Trouton and No one has commented

Apple’s stepping up for hurricane relief in the wake of Katrina by including a link on the iTunes Music Store that accepts donations for the American Red Cross. All donations through the iTMS donation page are billed to whatever credit card you normally buy music with as a transaction with the iTunes Music Store, and Apple’s not taking any sort of cut. Amazon.com has also put up a donations page, and Google has put a link on their entry page that links directly to Amazon’s.

Good on all of them. Every drop of money helps at a time like this.
