i tried this:

i synced my phone (n70) via bluetooth with my powerbook. then i downloaded the yahoo go! client for series60, providing online synchronisation between phone and the yahoo-services. sync again and you have all information everywhere.

uhm, irritating messages like "allow sync with modifying 589 ical entries" make me nervous, so this is not the perfect way - but the initial sync put everything from mac to phone and back.
