So-Cal Apple Stores to Host House Industries Lecture Series

Written on March 04, 2006 by Dan Lurie and 2 people have commented

Next week, House Industries, one of the most prolific type foundries in recent years, will be holding a series of lectures at Southern California Apple Stores. Though the focus of the talks will be on typeface creation, there is sure to be useful information for all types of creative professionals who live and work on Macs. More information about the talks can be found here.

Its cool to see that Apple is continuing its efforts to enhance the community aspect of using a Mac. This kind of corporate creativity and outreach is an embodiment of what using a mac is about, and something I am sure we would never see from Microsoft.
