You can use www.PDFfiller.com. It`s unexpensive, just 9.99 and very simple and convenient. I like this tool. Very helpful.

Can I use PDFpenPro to create a form with check boxes, email it, sender makes choices by clicking on check boxes, sender emails form back to me?

I learned as much about PDFPenPro from your blog as I did from their "help" info!

I hope that PDFPenPro is an easier-to-use solution than Acrobat Pro.

Not to denigrate PDFpen, which I use and appreciate, but some of the advantages you mention have been available in Claris/AppleWorks for more then a decade so they are hardly earth shaking.

To mention a couple:
"# Overlay text and images onto PDF (fill in forms, sign purchase orders)
# Scribble your signature or anything else directly onto a PDF document"

So unfortunate that Apple has discontinued development. "Pages" doesn't get it!

PDFpen is $49.95, and does everything PDFpenPro does, except create PDF forms and embed links. Adding notes, filling out forms, keeping a library of signatures and much more is available in the basic product.

By the way, I meant to mention this yesterday, The Sticky of Excitement is one of the best post titles I've read recently. A real coffee-snorting moment!

Another con you could have mentioned is that it's $94.95.

That's a hell of a lot of cash for another PDF app, albeit one with some nice features.
