iEmulator extends $20 upgrade to Virtual PC users
For years, whether it was owned by Connectix or Microsoft, Virtual PC was the most popular (but certainly not speedy) way to run Windows on a Mac. But after Apple started using Intel processors, Microsoft ended development on the product. Now iEmulator.com has extended its offer to Virtual PC owners of a special $19.95 upgrade price on iEmulator – emulation software that will run on both PowerPC and Intel Macs.
iEmulator 1.7.9 can import Virtual PC 7 emulated PCs that use static-sized hard disk images, in many cases without requiring any editing of the imported PC. Its feature set also includes the ability to assign up to 1GB of RAM to each emulated PC, virtually instantaneous PC state saving and loading, full-screen as well as windowed mode, printing support (to both USB and networked printers), support for international keyboards, CD image as well as physical CD-ROM support, the ability to access and share Mac files and folders with Windows, audio support and support for running multiple emulated PCs simultaneously.
Although iEmulator is not virtualization software like Parallels Desktop, its low upgrade price and ability to import Virtual PC 7 images could save users a lot of money. Parallels Desktop costs $80 and does not include a copy of Windows, which must be purchased separately.
A Special Offer from iEmulator.com, Exlcusively for VirtualPC Owners

#1 Honza says:FYI - The current price of the full iEmulator package is $23.95, so VPC7 owners are not saving much.

#2 Honza says:Also, there doesn’t seem to be a demo/trial download???

#3 Jonnor1084 says:Why not try Q? It’s free and it’s the same freaking program!

#4 Honza says:Wow, I knew something wasn’t right.
Bastards.

#5 Honza says:Hmm I thought my 1st comment was removed. Oh well.
Anyway, how can TAB give these guys free exposure, after what they have done? Disgraceful!!!
