		<description>hello trying to make reservation any time for john nash at the genuis bar ii the wesr farms mall in farmington, ct. recently had computer meltdown itunes are restored to a new hard drive does not recognize my shuffle wwhen attached and cannot access any tunes or get in to registration. need appointment and the site is not responding to my request.  sara frysinger  8602743712. kevin clewes my son in law referred me to john.</description>

		<description>Pro Care is a Insult to all apple owner who are forced to go to the Apple store to get service.

Am I second class Apple owner cause I don't plan to have my apple break down.  I drive 2.5 hours to get to the apple store and then told service will be 3 to 5 days but if i had apple care i could have my machine in 24 hours.  What a insult.  I had extended warrarnty.  So why should the repair work not be, first come, first servered and first repaired.  Is Apple quitly telling us they now make junk like other name brands and that if want respectable service then pay extra.

It was a real insult to see the guy beside me get his machine service in one day while I sufford 4 days .   Is apple that hard up for extra profit that the need for greed has replaced true warranty and customer care.

The rest of Pro Care is good but do not connect it to warrarnty work.
