Mark Space Wants Your Suggestions

Written on April 09, 2007 by Nick Santilli and 1 person has commented

I’ve mentioned Mark/Space before as providing a great product in Missing Sync, which allows me to easily connect my Windows Mobile-based BlackJack with my MacBook. They also offer Palm and now BlackBerry software as well. I’ve been quite pleased with Missing Sync, though really only use it in a fairly limited capacity.

For those of you who rely on it more heavily and have a laundry list of improvements you’d like to see, this is your chance to let Mark/Space know! Head on over and fill out their product feature survey and maybe your ideas will show up in a future release, making your life just that much easier.

  • Yesterday I purchased from this site you sync software for Blackberry, promised the ability to immediately download. The transaction was completed to your benefit only. When the only place the work download appeared was non-interactive, I wrote asking for access to the product I bought. That was early Sunday evening. It is now late Monday evening, and there has been no response.

How did the people who praise your software obtain it?

More to the point, how do I obtain it?
