		<description>Yesterday I purchased from this site you sync software for Blackberry, promised the ability to immediately download.  The transaction was completed to your benefit only.  When the only place the work download appeared was non-interactive, I wrote asking for access to the product I bought.  That was early Sunday evening.  It is now late Monday evening, and there has been no response.  

How did the people who praise your software obtain it?
