I am so frustrated with this thing. The remote barely worked. I bought a new battery several times and then I lost the remote. It doesn’t work at all without it. So I just have this big 150 dollar piece of equipment that has no use now without the remote.

I’m on my second dlo dock deluxe unit,the first one quit after 90 days(it only carries a 90 day warrenty)luckely best buy made it good.Brought the secong one home,which is an updated version and it worked about an hour.I would recommend not purchasing this unit,I guess im taking my new one back.If they would warrenty there product longer and have loaner units while they repaired yours, I still wouldnt buy it.

Apple has a dock with A/V capabilities much like the DLO. Although Apples dock does not have the on screen menus like the DLO dock. That is the main difference and determining factor for most people of which one of the two to purchase (if either).

Hmmmm. I can’t help feeling like Apple should have something like this after all the time that the iPod has been around, but I do value the design and simplicity of what they have in related products and would tend to stick with their line.
