WWDC Attendees to Get Leopard Beta
Those Mac developers looking forward to attending this year’s Worldwide Developers’ Conference (WWDC) just got another reason to go.
Today Apple sent an e-mail to registered developers, offering them first cuts and the much-anticipated Leopard (Mac OS X 10.5) operating system. The e-mail says there will be a “feature complete” version of Leopard – ostensibly with all the as of yet unannounced features Steve Jobs alluded to when Leopard was first demoed.

WWDC 2007 will be held June 11-15 at San Francisco’s Moscone Center. Apple adds, “Early registration has been extended to May 11. Register now for WWDC 2007 and save $300 on the full admission price.”

Well, we already knew we were going to get the feature-complete beta from the “Leopard delayed”-announcement. And the extention of the early registration was announced in an previous e-mail… So — nothing new here…

Yeah. I don’t want a feature complete beta. I want a feature complete RELEASE.

I wonder how many fake torrents are going to show up after that release.
Anyway I sure wish I could get a beta though. I have been wanting Leopard since the iPhone was still in “rumour” mode.
