I you incorporate features that require leopard (time machine, cover flow and so on) you can't ship it now - that is what i exspect to happen. Also a revamped .mac plus a even tighter integration to iWork/iLife maybe a good reason to wait. The current iLife is good enough to impress anyone out there anyway!
