All the warm fuzzies and none of the talent! I think so many people today want to be a musician and then get all caught up in themselves, and eventually crash their dream into the reality they've been neglecting. The era of inept (yet sexually appealing) musicians has been upon us for a long while now, it's just changing to fit the newer generations. Or maybe I'm just being negative right now. Call me uninspired by 90% of the latest music out, but that's my take on things. GarageBand is a fun tool. At times, it seems more like a toy than anything else though... I've been in and out of bands and music studios for the last ten or so years and seen some horrendously complicated set ups. garageband does exactly what it says on the tin - all you gotta do, is play with it for ten minutes - i bet you'll fall in love with it.
