The price drop will definately be the push many needed to buy the iPhone. I have a 4GB iPhone myself (provided by my company) and as a business user I have many frustrations with it. A 160GB iPod that only holds 40 hours of music! Because it only plays 92-bit, 48kHz uncompressed music. 160GB/7 hours of video = 23GB/hour.
