Multiple iTunes preferences as well as libraries:
iTunes Library Manager ($10 shareware)
Moving files to different places (but not having to lose their current iTunes library info, such as play count):
MoveTunes ($6 shareware)
there’s probably also an applescript solution @ Doug’s enormous library of iTunes scripts, but you can just browse those on your own.
