OK I ordered a new 3G iPhone on Friday at an AT&T store since they were already sold out after 1 hour. I was told the back ordered phone would be here on Monday.
Now it is Monday and the AT&T store is telling me it could be weeks before the phone arrives.

I feel totally lied to and misled by Apple. Obviously they didn't have the inventory to meet demand. What a joke.

Has anyone else had this problem as well?
Maybe it is time to look at other options such as cancelling the contract and finding a phone and carrier that doesn't deceive the public.
