		<description>I experienced something like this once; iTunes thought my iPod Touch was an iPhone.  I, however, could tell, as it said "iPhone," whereas in your experience, (judging by the screenshot) it gave no indication that it was the wrong update.  I just unplugged it and plugged it back in without upgrading.  Haven't had the problem since.</description>

		<description>You can backup your game settings.  They are located in their own folder.  you'll have to put the iPod into disk mode to do it.</description>
