Please, can you help me? Why can't I find any Apple-support on line?

Subject: Checking and Reading Email on my iPod Touch (2.0.2).

a. The Mail button doesn't show the total number of unread messages in my inbox any longer. Cannot find a solution to get them back in use.

b. Can you tell me how to act with the Yes/No button of PUSH?

Thank you so much in advance, with kind regards, Ada Campman. (The Netherlands).

Then again, is it really the developer’s information or is it Apple’s?

It is the developer's. The product they are using does not belong to Apple. Apple is the reseller.

If I go to Best Buy and buy iLife and I have a question, do I ask Best Buy support or Apple support? Same concept--Apple is the middleman.

(Entertaining aside: Remember how the Internet was going to remove the middleman? How "selling direct" was the new paradigm to allow you to be closer to your customers, etc.?)
