		<description>Sorry, but I have to disagree on one point. Apple did not "drop the ball," on this. They addressed the issue, noted that it's fairly low priority for them due to the number of computers that it actually affects, and released a fix that has been well tested and proven internally. 

I'm sure that if this had affected a much larger portion of their machines out there it would have been escalated and addressed faster.</description>
