Well, Steve, do you complain to NVIDIA when there's something wrong with your Mac or do you complain to Apple? Of course you complain to the people that are selling YOU whatever you buy, not the company that made it. Understand that my article is not critical of Norway’s laws so much as the assumption that this particular issue is Apple’s to fix. I'm no expert and are impressed with the Tom's recount of the situation. I only want to add that I think the consumer rights law is a good law because it lowers prices when the market could be monpolized.
