As reported earlier, Amazon is offering pre-ordering for 10.4 with a rebate of $35. However, at the time of the previous entry, Amazon pulled the ability to pre-order 10.4 from its website after having it up. Now, pre-ordering has been re-enabled. Hopefully, it’s back to stay.
