I will be surprised if we don't see 3G become an option, or standard feature in the iPhone. And I would guess maybe a memory upgrade to match the 32 Gb touch. 3G and memory also make sense because of all the apps coming (and a desire to download them quickly - as well as have the iTunes store be available without wi-fi).

In regards to 3G, AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson declared: "You'll have it next year." Well it is next year.

So if either of those are important to you, I would wait 3 months or so.
