...So then, forgive my wide-eyed school-boyish wonder at the discovery I've just made.

I was chatting with my dad, and it turns out that some very clever people have designed some software to allow you to sync a Wii Remote (!!!!!) with your Mac. Now, not only can you sync it, and look at some nice graphs of what the motion sensors are doing, you can assign functions to each of the keys and use it as a mouse style input device.

The mouse function is kinda crazy to get used to, and you need to calibrate the sensitivity to your liking, but it's a fully fledged input device, and I think it's rather cool!

I like using it for cover flow in iTunes, and there was definitely something cool about running round WoW with the D-pad...
