I use the following script:

do shell script "bless -device /dev/disk0s3 -legacy -setBoot -nextonly" with administrator privileges
do shell script "shutdown -r now" with administrator privileges

Which will restart your computer in Windows.
I also use QuickSilver, where I created a trigger to run the script. Now all I have to do is hold Command + R for 2 seconds within any application and the computer will restart.
