I was thinking the same thing. I love the iBooks and PowerBooks but G3's? Darn.

@Divigation: While I loved the look, feel and usefulness of the 12" PowerBook I would highly recommend getting a MacBook or 12" iBook instead. In my experience it's hard to go back and forth between PPC and Intel, the 12" PowerBook is less reliable than the 12" iBook and it's also much more expensive/difficult to fix/upgrade.

While it's one of my favourite designs ever as a consumer, it's the most awful design ever as a technician and this inflates every price connected with it.

The MacBook has been a great mobile machine in my experience, and I should know, it travels everywhere with me and has for over 6 months. Never more than 10 feet away it's been sturdy, quick, reliable and easy to carry. I love it!
