Mainly TUAW (how'd you manage to miss that one?!) but also TAB and sometimes AppleInsider.

For news, I have the following in my RSS reader:

TAB
TUAW
MacRumors
Macworld
Apple Hot News
MacNN

I don't like to have too many feeds that are almost pure news (i.e. Macworld, Apple Hot News, MacNN). Like I said before, I use those three for headlines, and tend to read full articles from better blogs like TUAW, TAB, Daring Fireball, etc.

I get most "news" from TUAW (they do post it... eventually ) and enjoy the opinion/how-to pieces from TAB. That's about it!

If there is one place I go first, it would be TAB, since I have made it my home page. So I will always check the new posts as I stop by for a visit. But it seems I hear first about breaking news through a combination of browsing all the other links listed above. TUAW and MacRumors probably topping the list. A lot of times I just use generic Google searches on a topic I'm interested in hearing rumors about, such as for the ACD. It was this type of search that stumbled me onto TAB.

I use a mix of many of the aggregator sites. Some that haven't been mentioned is Macobserver, Daring Fireball, Mac enterprise... but there are a few more. I basically just a lot of aggregators that I skip through RSS headlines for. When I stumble on a topic that looks interesting I usually search for other stories on it anyway.

I don't tend to read the main TAB pages because the writers are infrequent, news is sparse and there are only so many hours in the day. I do however get the TAB RSS feed in with all the others.

Wow, no one else here reads Ars Technica's Infinite Loop section? I heart Ars. Also TUAW, TAB, MacResearch, MacFixit, and MacOSXHints.

I tend to research MacOSXHints as and when, and I have kept the Leopard feed in my RSS. I read Ars now and then but generally don't have the time working the hours I work. Having corrected the Macfixit guides so often I don't have the confidence in them to read anything they put out anymore. Perhaps I should try and make the time with Ars, but they tend to be very long winded.

@houltmac - I do hear you on the Macfixit guides and their unreliablity. I use them more as a heads-up, this problem might be coming thing than anything else, since I just don't see the volumes of Macs these days that I used to. They're still good for that at least. :snerk:

I have the same problem with Ars as Matt - I just don't have the time to read their multi-page exposé's on the latest update of OS X. I'm sure they're very well written, researched, and presented but I just don't have time.
