when i click on macintosh HD, under the shared section, there is a "pc sercer" named traz 112. it just randomly showed up one day and i dont know who it is, what is, or how to get rid of it. any help on this would help.

This isn't something you can get rid of without knowing who it is. As BBB says, you are on the same network as that machine, so it would be worth finding out who it is.
Machines listed in the section you are looking at are discovered for you, unless the machine is turned off, asleep, or disconnected from the network it will always appear.

I kept having someone called "Thompson" appear on my parents network, then it appeared on my grandad's network, and on my fiancée's network. I realised they all had the same router, and although not directly marketed as being made by Thompson, the box's blurb reveals they manufactured the routers. Though I suspect with a name like your finding, it's probably some unwanted attention on your network. Change your security settings and it should disappear straight away!
