Delaying video to sync with audio streamed with airfoil

Hey guys, this is my first post and hopefully its in the right section....
I guess ill give you some background info to start. I purchased a black macbook about a month ago making the switch to mac after growing up using a widows based PC since the 386 days and haven't looked back. Anyways i recently purchased an airport express for the purpose of wirelessly streaming my music to my home theater. Since then i've gotten the mini dvi to vga adapter and a program called airfoil that allows me to send all system audio so i could watch videos on my 40" LCD...... The problem im having is when i load a movie the picture and the sound is out of sync because of a slight delay in airfoil sending the audio over WIFI. What im wondering is if anyone knows of a player or app that would allow my to somehow delay my video feed to be synced with the audio???

Airfoil 3 includes an Airfoil Video Player to keep things in sync. From Rogue Amoeba's site:
