Hi there,

I'm not sure if this the right place to post my question...I'm hoping it will be all right!

I'm trying to figure out how to upload files to a website I help manage. They want a central place on the website where they can edit the documents that are collaboratively working
on. They also want a place to store them from year to year since they are probably
only used only once a year. (It's a horse thing and the documents are show premiums).

I'm guessing I do something in PHP...but what? I've played with some scripts, but I'm afraid with my level of...let me think... ZERO expertise I will be placing the server and the site in a vulnerable position. Is there a central place where I can get scripts or learn enough in a very short time to do what I need to do?

As far as security goes, how do I do a sign in screen prior to accessing the upload/download/storage page?

I really hope this makes sense...

Thanks for your help!

UPDATE: I'm just going to use my .mac account. Ta Da! It won't be million documents...I think it wil be fine.
