It's been between 4 and 10 degrees C here, but south of the Yangtze river, where Shanghai lies, insulation and central heating is banned so everyone has to freeze their curly ones off.

All this week its between 27c and 29c

in the hotter months it gets to about 32c, all in all the weather doesn't change much here.
