With all of those feeds, how do you ever have any chance to do anything except read what pops up in your RSS reader? I sometimes spend an hour or more just going through the 100 or so new posts in mine (mostly from Gizmodo or Kotaku). I'd die if I had any more (most likely).

I feel your pain Yuiichi - but what I decided to do was to focus my reading on certain topics. Instead of reading the entire digg feed, for example, I only pull the feeds of the categories I really want to follow. If I have some extra time, then I'll just go to the homepage and read the other stuff I missed. (but I never have time to do that).
Many sites will let you subscribe to category-specific feeds, which has helped me cut down the number of unread posts to a manageable amount. |

A lot of my feeds only have about 1 entry a day. The most I have ever had in one day is a total of about 100. Usually, I have more like 40-70 new entries to read, which generally take me about 20 minutes.
