I have abandoned PC gaming for the console. I know many PC gamers would never give up the keyboard. The lines are blurred between the two more and more now. Besides, they aren't releasing GTA4 for the PC (yet), so you have to have a 360 or PS3 to waste your summer away on that.

Here's something all the old school gamers might remember, only they're revamping it and bringing it back with a twist. Bionic Commando

Along with the remake of Bionic Commando (subtitled Rearmed), they're also making a next-generation game of the same title (Bionic Commando).

Speaking of other old franchises, you might also remember Splatterhouse and Earthworm Jim. Lots of great oldschool games getting new sequels - let's hope they're good!

Merged with an older thread about gaming.

Ah, Marathon. I've never played it personally, but I have heard that it hasn't stood the test of time like many FPS's back in the day. It also holds the memory of broken promises of Halo for Mac (which used to be a Mac exclusive before Bungie was swayed by all the money Microsoft gave them )

I played Marathon back when it was cool. It was a game ahead of its time.

@1Trevor1 - How are you able to play Marathon? What OS?
