HEYY!! so i thought i would start a thread for music!! Albums, songs, artists!! DISCUSS!!

FIrst thing i want to bring up is NIN - The Slip, anyone else downloaded it? what quality did you download it at? what do you think? I love it, not as much as Year Zero though. What Trent Reznor is doing now is awesome!! this is what i want the smashing pumpkins to do when they release new music now that they're not on a label. ANd I thought it was awesome of trent to give it away for free as well!!

I downloaded The Slip as ALAC, but I didn't care much for it. It's just not my kind of thing.

I'm really liking the album, I also love how you can download the raw music files for a lot of NIN songs and remix them yourself!!

Last night i listened to Kanye West's Late Registration album from beginning to end, I haven't listened to it for a while as well, it's such a solid album

I downloaded NIN new album also. I have always wanted to listen to them but never gona ahead and bought the album so i downloaded the slip from they;re website and i love it. Im definitely going to get some of the older ones now too.

Whats everyones favourite songs on the slip then? Mine is 1,000,000 & echoplex

if you ever get the chance to see them live. DO IT!! i saw them last year in a small club show, was amazing!! You should def get Year Zero!! it's an amazing album.

oh i'm listening to bends right now, haven't heard it for a long time. and i can't find my Ok Computer CD anywhere

Radiohead also really rule. If you cant find your Ok Computer CD then get another one! You cannot go without it! Mind you to be honest i think my favourite album is 'In Rainbows'. Im not quite sure why though. It might be because its new and fresh but i've been listening to a lot of the tracks on that instead of their others.

Oh and I'll be getting Year Zero next week on your recommendation :-D

I'm a big Coldplay fan, really looking forward to the new album. I downloaded the freebie song and really like it, so its looking good.

Yeah i heard they were doing the freebie song but i never downloaded it. I used to love Coldplay but i listened to them so much im now a little bored of them. But i have heard their new track so im hopeful for the new album. It's out in a couple of weeks isnt it?

I downloaded the NIN album, but I don't really think they are my kind of band, didn't grab me instantly.
