This is America, who drinks one soda a week? Nearly (if not actually by now) 20 billion gallons of soda per year, that would mark more than two servings per day per person. DP is in the 5-10% realm which equates to 600,000,000-1,000,000,000 cases per year, though probably more as the numbers continually rise. You are a bit off, but it is understandable since it is unimaginable how much soda is consumed in this diabetes-ridden nation of lard-asses, even if you live here.

As opposed to the 927 Aussies...

Would you say, coming from someone who knows Dr. Pepper, that what we Canadians get is also the 'international' brand? I would gather it is, but we are still your northern neighbours, so there is a possibility of not getting it. Dr. Pepper is just too spicy for me - it burns the throat and palate. That, and I don't drink much pop (as we call it - you say soda, we say pop; together, that makes soda pop, the original name).

Actually the Canadian is International, it is handled by Pepsi. Whereas the Australian was the real thing (Cadburry Schwepps) when they were making it. Get farther away and you get the real thing? Odd.
