And then a gentle silence fell over the forum. Perhaps they all had to get back to work after the holidays subsided, perhaps they had done their posting for the contest, whatever the reason, the TAB community was silent for the longest it had been in weeks...

My guess is it's a mix of the holidays and the contest being over.

No worries though. We'll have more stuff to keep the forums going.

Yeah, I figure alot of people are back to life outside of the holidays and off playing with all of their presents. Seems like most of the threads show a genuine community that will not be too affected by the contest ending (here's hoping). No doubt that if the latter is the case, we can at least look forward to a spike in activity on the 4th.

for me it's been holidays and movine back to my parents place. also work has been busy

i think it's just getting back to work. The threads here seem to have been much more than the kind that seem forced just for contest's sake.

For me it's been becausemy gf came to visit for a few days, didn't really wanna be on tghe comp while she was here. Generally I guess it's because people are getting back to normal life after the hols.

I've actually been visiting with a lot of friends, so I've been a little distant. Then normal life will start again, this thursday actually. I'm sort of excited, yet sort of sad - I love the holidays.

In any case, with normal life starting again, I'll be here more often!
