I don't think it has to do with the sitting aspect of that body part that causes it to be censored. Although it could be, perhaps this censorship is part of a global initiative to fight obesity by making inactivity taboo. The next step would be to cease the production of comfortable furniture while running an initiative to bring back the hunter/gatherer and nomadic lifestyles. Of course this would lead to the decline of computing, internet usage and forums like this, so it wouldn't really behoove the forum to take part, so I am probably off base, but one never knows.

Work. Work. Work.
I am also in the middle of an Apple Care technical support crisis with my Mac Book Pro. I find it is harder to surf (read: I hate being away from the tv and games) without a notebook, who wants to sit at a desk??? I think the lull in posting is due to the upcoming announcements at the Apple event. The uncertainty of what lies ahead has certainly curtailed my Apple purchases, so I am not asking as many questions about "The old stuff". Just you wait until January the 8th (???), I think posts will spike! Have I mentioned that this forum is fantastic? It gets my vote for "Friendliest Fourm". I am not sure whether it is because it is (or I am) new, or that it is what I dreamed the Mac community could be like, but - I like it either way (first tab in Safari group for daily reading). It's nice to know that I can post any "noob" question and not get instantly flamed. You haven't heard the last from me! |
