I have this very cool and cheap emr in my chiro clinic. I can use my iphone but it's a little slow compared to my imac. problem is that Medicfusion's touchscreens are windows so i don't want one of those. who can help me figure out a mac for touchscreen in my tx room, and one for pts to check in?

Your best and only option for a Mac Tablet is from Axiotron, called a ModBook. I don't really understand your question, part of that is that you use a lot of abbreviations that I and probably no one else understands. Are you looking for a Mac and a Touchscreen, or a tablet, or just the monitor? Or something else?

No problem. If you get the ModBook, I'd love a report on how you like it.
