Maybe people who have less than 6 posts should be called "Customer", since most of them come and ask one question and leave when they get the answer! By the way, is there anywhere on the Apple site where they define the different job titles?

They are all different, but I can tell you from a quick look at the members list that you are 17 posts away from becoming an Inventory Control Specialist, if you are not a fan of your Cashier duties.

Just been reading the news on MacWorld. Apparently Apple are due to change three job titles in te coming months:

"Apple also plans to rename three job titles: Mac Genius becomes Genius, Mac Specialist is to be Specialist, and Business Consultants will become Business Partners."
